How can pharmaceutical companies engage with doctors or patients in an ethical, responsible and compliant way using the Internet and Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Sermo, websites etc)? For 2 days, the FDA heard representations from all the key stakeholders. But what does it mean for Medical Information folks? They even got a mention in the final presentation by Freda Lewis-Hall, Chief Medical Officer at Pfizer.
